If your check-in period spans more than one day, we will e-mail you when we detect partial availability. Partial availability occurs when one or more of your desired rooms is open for only a portion of the dates you're interested in.
Partial availability also can occur when the entire duration of your stay is available through two or more different rooms.
It is not uncommon for a certain room to open up for one day, and a different room to open up for a different day. If you don't mind switching rooms within the same hotel during your check-in period, there is a greater chance to enable your stay. Partial availability is enabled by default.

Q: What if I don't know the exact dates of my stay, and I'm interested in any time the hotel becomes available?
A: Simply make the check-in and check-out dates the extent of the date-range you're interested in. By default we will check every single day within the date range, notifying you if any days within the range become available. This is called "partial availability" alerts. They can be turned off in your order settings.
Q: Why am I getting an error message about too many hotels/rooms in my order?
A: We limit the number of rooms per-order to 120. This is to prevent abuse of the service. We also monitor orders that may look like abuse to us. If you have a genuine need for that many hotels/rooms, please email us directly.
Q: How often do you check for availability?
A: Our availability checking is automated and checks based on an algorithm that optimizes checking based on a variety of factors, including parameters such as when the check-in date is. The availability checking frequency varies, but it is at the very least hundreds of times daily.
Q: What's contained in the alert?
A: The alert will contain information about which hotel opened up, which room we saw was available, and what dates it opened for. We will also provide a book-now link for your convenience.
